GridEcho Terms of Use

The service
GridEcho is a free, static entertainment game intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is provided on an “as available” basis, subject to applicable law. No paid service, subscription, purchase, or refund flow currently applies.
Acceptable use
You must be 18 or older to use GridEcho. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, use it unlawfully, or infringe the rights of others.
Content and intellectual property
The GridEcho site and its content are protected to the extent rights exist in them. These terms do not claim that the GridEcho name, any domain, or every asset has received trademark, domain, or professional legal clearance. Users must respect applicable intellectual-property rights.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
GridEcho may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GridEcho is provided without warranties that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or available at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
No current paid-service terms
Because the current MVP has no payment, paid plan, or refund flow, no payment or refund terms currently apply. Any later monetization or payment feature requires separate review before use.
Governing-law status and changes
GridEcho does not currently select governing law, jurisdiction, venue, or dispute-resolution terms. Those matters remain unresolved. These Terms will be reviewed before any change that adds analytics, authentication, payment, uploads, storage, email, advertising, AI, third-party services, or new data collection.
