GridEcho Privacy Policy

Current MVP data practice

GridEcho is a free, static entertainment game for adults aged 18 and over. Under the current MVP boundary, GridEcho does not intentionally provide accounts or authentication, payments, advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, uploads, user-generated-content storage, support-ticket storage, or deliberate application cookies, logs, server-side databases, or application storage. Gameplay may use ephemeral in-memory state during a browser session.

This describes current application behavior and does not promise that no technical metadata can ever exist.

Delivery and security processing

If GridEcho is delivered through Cloudflare Pages/CDN, Cloudflare may process request, device, network, and security metadata as necessary to deliver and protect the site and mitigate abuse. GridEcho does not state an exact retention period, legal role, or complete platform-processing configuration here because those details require verification.

Information GridEcho does not intentionally collect in this MVP

The current MVP does not intentionally collect profile information, payment details, advertising identifiers, analytics events, uploaded files, support requests, or persistent gameplay records. If any such feature, service, storage, sharing, email, AI feature, or processor is introduced, this Policy will be reviewed before that change is introduced.

Adults and external links

GridEcho is intended for adults 18+. It is not directed to children. Any external link, if added, is operated under that third party's own terms and privacy practices; this Policy does not control those sites.

Security and requests

No Internet service can promise absolute security. A person may send a privacy-related request to legal@toontones.online. Requests will be considered subject to applicable law and the information actually available; this statement does not make an unsupported conclusion about statutory rights.

Changes

This Policy will be reviewed before any change that adds analytics, authentication, payment, uploads, storage, email, advertising, AI, third-party services, or new data collection.
